CONDITIONS FOR RETURN OF GOODS / COMPLAINTS
Pursuant to Article 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, a Buyer who is a consumer under the meaning of the Act has the right, within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, to withdraw from the concluded contract without owing compensation or penalty and without stating a reason, by returning the purchased goods under the following conditions:

The consumer (client) must notify KARADAY Ltd. in writing in advance at the following email address: elitmebels@abv.bg, stating that under Art. 55, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, they are withdrawing from the contract. The notification must indicate when the goods will be returned, no later than within 14 (fourteen) days.

The goods may be returned only to the following address: Elit Mebels, Targovishte, Mitropolit Andrey Blvd. 91.

The amount paid by the Client will be refunded to the account from which the goods were paid, after inspection and acceptance of the goods by Elite Furniture (KARADAY Ltd.).

The goods will only be accepted if they have not been assembled, show no signs of use, and are in their original commercial condition.
The goods must be returned personally by the consumer (client) or by a person authorized with a written power of attorney with notarized signature, at the above-mentioned address.
The original manufacturer’s packaging must not be damaged or compromised.
All transport and other costs for returning the goods are entirely at the expense of the consumer (buyer). Until the goods are handed back by the consumer to Elite Furniture (KARADAY Ltd.), the risk of accidental loss or damage lies entirely with the consumer.
If the consumer exercises their right under Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act and the above conditions are met, Elite Furniture (KARADAY Ltd.) undertakes to refund the purchase price within 14 (fourteen) days from the notification of withdrawal.
⚠️ Paid amounts for additional services (delivery and assembly) are non-refundable.
When withdrawing from the contract, the consumer must cover the direct costs of returning the goods (under Art. 55, para. 2 of the Consumer Protection Act).
❌ The following items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons under Art. 57, item 5 of the Consumer Protection Act:
