Delivery Methods

If the ordered goods are in stock, they will be delivered to the address specified by the Client within up to 10 (ten) business days, but no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days, except in the cases specified in item 7 of these General Terms and Conditions.
The delivery period begins once the goods have been paid for, except when payment is made by cash on delivery. If the client chooses cash on delivery, the delivery period begins from the moment the order/request is confirmed.
Delivery is carried out via the services of a courier/shipping company and is at the expense of the Client.
Loading and unloading work during delivery is not the responsibility or obligation of KARADAY Ltd. (or the courier), but of the recipient of the goods.
The delivery obligation will be considered fulfilled upon delivery of the goods to the building where the delivery address specified in the order is located.
The goods are delivered properly packaged, according to their type and the method of transport.
If an incomplete, incorrect, or wrong address and/or phone number is provided when placing the order, it will be considered invalid, and KARADAY Ltd. shall have no obligation to fulfill it.
If the Client fails to make payment after having indicated that payment will be made by cash on delivery, KARADAY Ltd. shall have no obligation to hand over the goods.
