▪ What is the delivery cost with a courier?
The delivery cost varies depending on the weight of the ordered goods, the distance/location, and the courier company we use to ship the order.
Delivery is carried out by our partners – courier company Econt and courier company Speedy, according to the customer’s preference.

▪ How can I pay?
You can pay by cash on delivery, with a credit/debit card, via bank transfer, or through consumer credit.

▪ Can I collect my order myself from a physical store?
Yes, you can collect your online order from one of our stores after prior arrangement.

▪ When and how can I receive an invoice for my order?
When placing your order, you can request and provide your invoice details, and after payment is completed, you will receive the necessary document.

▪ Can I place a wholesale order?
Yes, wholesale orders are possible. Please contact us to receive more detailed information about wholesale purchases. See “Contacts.”

▪ What should I do if my order arrives incomplete or damaged?
If something is wrong with your order, we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly. You can email us at elitmebels@abv.bg or call us at +359 899 799 909. Before taking these steps, please consider the following:

  • You must inspect the goods, their condition, and the number of boxes/packages before accepting them.

  • Clearly and accurately describe the issue or damage.

  • Attach photos where the problem is clearly visible.

  • If parts are missing for assembly, indicate the missing part from the assembly instructions.

  • Read the conditions: Returns and Exchanges.

▪ Does furniture delivery include carrying the furniture into my home?
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer, with the goods being delivered to the building at that address. Since many of the items we offer are heavy and bulky, carrying them upstairs to higher floors is very labor-intensive and time-consuming. For this purpose, we offer a separate service, which must be requested and paid for additionally.

▪ How can I request assembly of my furniture?
For all furniture, you can rely on our professional team, who will perform the assembly competently and responsibly. After completing your order and noting in the “Comments” field that you want the assembly service, our team will contact you with further details.
