GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE www.elitmebels.com

I. SUBJECT

Art. 1. These General Terms and Conditions regulate the relations between , UIC , with registered office and address of management: Targovishte 7700, hereinafter referred to as the SUPPLIER, and the clients, hereinafter referred to as the USERS, of the e-commerce platform elitmebels, hereinafter referred to as “elitmebels.com”.

III. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PLATFORM

Art. 3. Elitmebels is an e-commerce platform available at www.elitmebels.com, through which USERS can:

  1. Register and create a profile to browse the Supplier’s online store and use additional services for information;

  2. View goods, their characteristics, prices, and delivery terms;

  3. Conclude purchase and delivery contracts with the Supplier for goods offered on elitmebels.com;

  4. Make all payments regarding concluded contracts via electronic payment systems on elitmebels.com;

  5. Receive information about new goods offered by the Supplier;

  6. Make electronic statements concerning contracts through the website interface;

  7. Be informed of their rights under the law, mainly through the platform;

  8. Exercise their right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act.

Art. 4. The Supplier organizes delivery and guarantees the USERS’ rights as provided by law, in good faith, following business and consumer law standards.

Art. 5.

  1. USERS conclude a purchase contract with the Supplier at elitmebels.com. The contract is in Bulgarian and stored in the Supplier’s database.

  2. Under the contract, the Supplier undertakes to deliver and transfer ownership of the selected goods. USERS may correct errors before submitting their contract statement.

  3. USERS pay the price published on the platform.

Art. 6.

  1. All statements between the USER and Supplier regarding contracts may be made electronically.

  2. It is assumed that electronic statements made on the website are by the registered USER if the username and password are used.

IV. REGISTRATION

Art. 7.

  1. To use elitmebels.com, USERS must register with a username and password or log in via Facebook or Google, which constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

  2. Registration is done online. Orders can also be placed via social media profiles.

  3. By clicking “Order,” the USER declares awareness and agreement with these Terms.

  4. The Supplier confirms orders by email; a USER account is created, and contractual relations arise.

  5. USERS must provide accurate and up-to-date data and update them if changed.

V. STEPS TO CONCLUDE A CONTRACT

Art. 8.

  1. USERS mainly use the Supplier’s website interface to place orders.

  2. If an order is placed without registration, acceptance of delivery constitutes agreement with these Terms.

Art. 9. The procedure is:

  1. Log in to the order system;

  2. Select goods and add them to the purchase list;

  3. Provide USER identification data;

  4. Provide delivery details;

  5. Choose payment method and timing;

  6. Confirm the order.

VI. CONTENT OF THE CONTRACT

Art. 10.

  1. Each order constitutes a separate purchase contract, even if made in one statement.

  2. Supplier may deliver multiple contracts together.

  3. USER rights regarding delivered goods apply per contract.

Art. 11. USERS must clearly identify the contract and goods when exercising rights.

Art. 12. Payment may be made at ordering or upon delivery.

VII. SPECIAL CLAUSES FOR CONSUMERS

Art. 13–18. Define consumer rights under Bulgarian and EU law, including:

  • Information on goods, prices, taxes, and delivery costs (Art. 14).

  • Advance payments and order limits above BGN 15,000 (Art. 15).

  • Right of withdrawal within 14 days, with exceptions (custom goods, unsealed hygiene items, software, press, etc.) (Art. 16).

  • Supplier’s duty to refund within 14 days if withdrawal is exercised.

  • Delivery time (up to 30 days unless agreed otherwise) (Art. 17).

  • Compliance with Bulgarian labelling and advertising laws (Art. 18).

VIII. CONTRACT PERFORMANCE

Art. 19–22. Supplier organizes delivery, USER must inspect goods at delivery, Supplier is not obliged to provide service, and consumer/commerce law applies.

IX. DATA PROTECTION

Art. 23–24. Personal data is processed under GDPR and Privacy Policy. USERS consent to data storage and electronic communications. Supplier may verify identity or apply lost-password procedures.

X. AMENDMENTS

Art. 25–26. Supplier may amend the Terms. Changes apply after USER notification or website publication, unless rejected within 14 days.

XI. TERMINATION

Art. 27–28. Contracts may terminate upon liquidation, mutual consent, impossibility, state action, or account deletion. Supplier may terminate unilaterally for violations.

XII. LIABILITY

Art. 29–32. USER must indemnify Supplier for third-party claims. Supplier is not liable for force majeure, internet failures, downtime, comments, or security breaches.

XIII. OTHER CONDITIONS

Art. 33–37. Both parties must protect trade secrets. Special contracts prevail over these Terms. Invalid clauses do not affect validity of the whole. Bulgarian law applies. These Terms are binding for all USERS.
